TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order and completing payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping, delivery, return, and care of your purchase from Mareva.
All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Mareva currently ships within the Cook Islands and to selected international destinations, including New Zealand, Australia, French Polynesia, Samoa, Fiji, and Canada.

Shipping and delivery

Rarotonga, Cook Islands – KaveX Local
KaveX Local Delivery is $5 NZD for orders under $200 NZD.
Delivery is free for orders over $200 NZD.
Estimated delivery time is the next business day.

We also offer Click and Collect from Arorangi, Rarotonga, Cook Islands, at no additional charge.

Cook Islands – KaveX National (Outer Islands)
KaveX National shipping is $10 NZD for orders under $150 NZD.
Shipping is free for orders over $150 NZD.

Delivery is based on the next available flight to your island.

New Zealand – KaveX NZ
KaveX NZ shipping is $30 NZD for orders under $300 NZD.
Shipping is free for orders over $300 NZD.

Estimated delivery time is 10 working days.

Australia – KaveX AU
KaveX AU shipping is $40 NZD for orders under $300 NZD.
Shipping is free for orders over $300 NZD.

Estimated delivery time is 15 working days.

Pacific – KaveX Pacific (French Polynesia, Samoa, Fiji)
KaveX Pacific shipping is $40 NZD for orders under $300 NZD.
Shipping is free for orders over $300 NZD.

Estimated delivery time is 15 working days.

Canada – KaveX Canada
KaveX Canada shipping is $55 NZD for orders under $500 NZD.
Shipping is free for orders over $500 NZD.

Estimated delivery time is 20 working days.

Customs, duties and taxes
All customs charges and taxes, including VAT and any applicable import duties, are payable by the receiver.
These fees are not included in the cost of your order or the shipping charge.

Mareva is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes incurred for receiving international orders.

Additional delivery information
Published delivery timeframes are estimates only and may change depending on the time of year, holiday periods, weekends, severe weather, and courier or airline delays.
Mareva is not responsible for stolen packages or for packages delayed in transit.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping and delivery address for an order. If an incorrect address is provided, Mareva cannot offer reimbursement or replacement for that package.

Returns and exchanges
Mareva does not offer returns for refund.
We do, however, offer exchanges for eligible domestic Cook Islands orders, subject to the conditions below.
Exchanges will only be accepted for another item of the same value.
We do not accept exchanges for sale or discounted items.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Rarotonga exchanges
If you live in Rarotonga, you must return the item in person within 5 days of receiving your order.
The item must be:
• Unworn, unwashed and unused
• With original tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice)

Mareva reserves the right to reject an exchange if these conditions are not met.

Outer Islands (KaveX National) exchanges
If you live in the Outer Islands and your order was shipped via KaveX National, you must contact us within 7 days of the date stated on your invoice to request an exchange.
You must ship the item back to us within the same 7-day period.
Once we receive your item, we will examine it to confirm that it is:
• Unworn, unwashed and unused
• With original tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice)
Mareva reserves the right to reject an exchange if these conditions are not met.
You are responsible for paying:
• The cost of shipping the item back to us, and

• The shipping cost to have the exchanged item sent back to you.

Exchange return shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees when sending items back to Mareva for exchange.

Please bear in mind that you will also be responsible for paying the shipping cost for us to send the exchanged item back to you.

Faulty or incorrect items
We are committed to quality control across all of our pieces, and we are sorry if you have received a faulty or incorrect item.
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at info@mavera.co.ck within 7 days of delivery.
We will investigate the issue and assist you further.

Mareva does not offer refunds for faulty items, but we may offer store credit if you do not wish to exchange the faulty item for another.

To keep your items in the best condition, we recommend caring for them with a high level of care.
We recommend either:
• Hand washing, or
• Using a cold, gentle machine cycle
To dry, it is best to hang your items in the shade.
Mareva will not be responsible for any damage caused to items from washing machines or laundry products, including:
• Items being caught or damaged in a washing machine

• Products causing stains, bleaching, or dye transfer or colour bleeding.
